- Training Required: You will need training and licensing to work as an HVAC technician. There are other positions that will not require training.
- Physical Requirements: HVAC careers can be physically demanding as some of this work occurs outdoors and on your feet. The job can be difficult, but it shouldn’t deter you from applying if you are interested in pursuing a career at WATT HVAC.
- Interpersonal Skills: During your workday you will interact with both teammates and customers.
